  3. Note Sensations: As you scan each area, use the template to record what you feel:

    • Write down the sensation (e.g., tightness, pressure, relaxation) for each body area.

    • Indicate whether the energy feels flowing (positive) or blocked (negative).

  4. Reflect on Causes: For each blocked area, think about what might be causing the sensation (e.g., stress, emotional tension, physical strain) and note it in the "Possible Cause" column.

  5. Plan Action Steps: In the final column, write a simple action to address any blockages (e.g., "Practice deep breathing," "Take a break," or "Journal about stressors").

  6. Review Regularly: Use this template daily or weekly to track changes in your energy and identify patterns.
